OPEN ACCESS LICENSE TO PUBLISH AGREEMENT
1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Open Access License to Publish Agreement is entered into between the author(s) of the above-mentioned manuscript and Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications for the purpose of publishing the manuscript as an open access scholarly article.
This agreement applies only to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication by the journal.
2. Declaration of Originality and Authorship
The author(s) hereby declare and warrant that:
- The manuscript is an original scholarly work;
- The manuscript has not been previously published, in whole or in substantial part, in any other journal, book, conference proceeding, or publication medium;
- The manuscript is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere;
- All persons listed as authors have made a substantial scholarly contribution to the manuscript;
- All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript;
- The corresponding author is duly authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of all co-authors.
3. Copyright Ownership
The author(s) retain copyright in and to the article.
Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted as a transfer or assignment of copyright ownership from the author(s) to Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications, except for the publishing rights expressly granted under this agreement.
The author(s) remain the copyright holders of the article after publication.
4. License Granted to the Journal
By signing this agreement, the author(s) grant Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Publish the article in electronic, printed, online, and any other scholarly publication format;
- Reproduce, distribute, display, communicate, and make the article publicly available;
- Include the article in journal archives, databases, indexing services, repositories, and scholarly platforms;
- Assign a DOI or other permanent identifier to the article;
- Preserve, archive, and migrate the article to future formats for long-term scholarly access;
- Use the title, abstract, metadata, author names, affiliations, and bibliographic details of the article for indexing, promotion, dissemination, and citation purposes.
This license is granted solely for the purpose of scholarly publication, dissemination, preservation, and indexing of the article.
5. Open Access Publication and Creative Commons License
If the article is published by Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications, it shall be made available as an open access article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License — CC BY 4.0.
Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users may copy, distribute, display, perform, adapt, translate, text-mine, data-mine, and otherwise reuse the article in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), the article title, the journal, and the original source of publication.
The published article shall include a clear statement that it is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

6. Author Rights After Publication
The author(s) retain the right to:
- Use the article, in whole or in part, in future books, chapters, lectures, theses, dissertations, course materials, presentations, and academic works;
- Deposit the published version of the article in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, academic networks, and funder repositories;
- Share the article with students, colleagues, researchers, and the public;
- Reuse figures, tables, data, mathematical results, proofs, and extracts from the article in future scholarly works;
- Present the article at conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic meetings;
- Be properly identified and cited as the author(s) of the article.
Such reuse shall be made with appropriate citation to the article's original publication in Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications.
7. Article Processing Charge
The author(s) acknowledge that Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications is an open access journal and that an Article Processing Charge, hereinafter referred to as "APC," may apply to accepted manuscripts in accordance with the journal's current publication policy.
The author(s) further acknowledge that:
- The APC, where applicable, is charged only after acceptance of the manuscript;
- Payment of the APC does not influence the peer review process or editorial decision-making;
- Acceptance of a manuscript is based solely on scholarly merit, editorial evaluation, and peer review;
- Any waiver, discount, institutional agreement, or exemption shall be handled in accordance with the journal's APC policy.
8. Third-Party Material
The author(s) declare that the manuscript does not contain any third-party copyrighted material unless:
- Such material is used with proper permission;
- Such material is permitted under an applicable license;
- Such material falls within a legally permitted exception;
- Proper acknowledgment and citation have been provided.
The author(s) are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for copyrighted third-party materials included in the manuscript.
9. Ethical Compliance
The author(s) declare and warrant that the manuscript complies with accepted standards of publication ethics, including but not limited to:
- Avoidance of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and redundant publication;
- Accurate reporting of research findings;
- Proper acknowledgment of sources, funding, data, and contributions;
- Disclosure of all potential conflicts of interest;
- Compliance with applicable ethical standards, where relevant.
In the event of a proven ethical violation, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate editorial action, including correction, expression of concern, retraction, or notification of relevant institutions.
10. Conflict of Interest and Funding Disclosure
The author(s) confirm that all sources of financial support, institutional funding, grants, sponsorships, and potential conflicts of interest related to the manuscript have been disclosed in the manuscript.
Where no conflict of interest exists, the author(s) confirm that this has been stated in the manuscript.
11. Warranties and Indemnity
The author(s) warrant that, to the best of their knowledge:
- The manuscript does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, moral right, proprietary right, or other legal right of any third party;
- The manuscript contains no unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or knowingly false material;
- The data, results, formulas, proofs, references, and statements contained in the manuscript are presented honestly and accurately;
- The manuscript does not violate any applicable law, regulation, institutional rule, or publication ethics standard.
The author(s) agree to be responsible for claims arising from any breach of the warranties stated in this agreement.
12. Corrections, Retractions, and Editorial Actions
The author(s) acknowledge that, after publication, Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications may issue corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, or retractions where required by publication ethics, editorial policy, indexing standards, or applicable law.
Such actions shall be taken in accordance with accepted scholarly publishing standards.
13. No Guarantee of Indexing or Citation
The author(s) acknowledge that publication in Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications does not guarantee citation, academic recognition, institutional evaluation outcome, or continued inclusion in any specific indexing database.
The journal may submit published content to indexing services, archives, and databases, but final indexing decisions remain under the authority of the relevant indexing bodies.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith communication between the parties. If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of İstanbul/Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
15. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the author(s) and Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications concerning the open access publication of the article.
No amendment or modification of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and approved by the journal.
16. Corresponding Author Confirmation
By signing below, the corresponding author confirms that:
- They have read and understood this agreement;
- They are authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of all co-authors;
- All co-authors have approved the final version of the manuscript;
- All co-authors agree to publication of the article under the CC BY 4.0 license;
- The information provided in this form is accurate and complete.
